We’re gearing up for our Halloween event and are looking for vendors, sponsors, and donations to make it a spooktacular success! We’d love to involve the community in every way possible, whether you’re interested in showcasing your business, sponsoring activities, or contributing with a donation. Your support helps us create an unforgettable experience for everyone, so join us in making this Halloween celebration truly special!
FINANCIAL DONATIONS
Your generous contributions will go directly towards creating a fantastic experience for everyone helping to cover the general cost of the event.
Cash donations $300+ will get top billing in all marketing material and sign at event.
IN KIND DONATIONS
If you have goods or services that could enhance our celebration—whether it’s decorations, food, or entertainment—your support can make a huge impact.
We are also collecting gift cards for game and costume content prizes
ACTIVITY VENDORS
We’re looking for community vendors to be included on our Pumpkin Passport and host an activity table. If you’re a local business or organization with a fun and engaging activity, we’d love for you to join us and be part of the festivities. Want to get involved but aren't sure. We can help!
To thank our generous sponsors for our 2024 Halloween Bash we plan to highlight you all in the following ways.
All sponsors and vendors committed by September 15th will be included on our Halloween Bash 2024 Invitation that is distributed to over 200 households in the Greater Lower Marlboro community.
Donations valued over $300 for in kind or cash donations will have their logo printed on a lawn sign and placed in a visible spot during the event
Extra fun and new this year! When guests arrive, they can pick up a Pumpkin Passport to explore all the activity tables and collect stamps from our community vendors. Each sponsor will be highlighted in the Pumpkin Passport, adding an extra layer of fun as you engage with everything our event has to offer!
We’ll feature your business in our community Facebook group and add you to our directory. Plus, we’ll provide images and content from the event for you to share and celebrate on Halloween!
